I am in desperate need of a personal loan not a payday loan, to pay my bills?
I had to change bank account number to another because they were ACH W/D that did not come from me,so they took all my cash. I got a new account and closed the other, that didn’t solve my problem because I am broke and not cash to pay my most important bills, like my electricy,water and other payments.
