The process of obtaining any type of payday loan begins with submitting a payday loan application. While filling up the payday loan application form you may have to answer some queries. The benefit of beingdirectly from your computer. You can find links to payday loan application at the bottom of this article. There is also another alternative, that is you lookup search engines and compare several payday lending agencies from there.

Yes, Ted Strickland signed it to law on Monday. It caps it at 28% APR

EDIT: good news is that it doesn’t go into affect for 90 days

They have not. The law has been passed, but it won’t take effect for 90 days. And, since no company is going to lend under the new law, you won’t be able to get one when it does change.

If you decide to try anyway, just keep in mind that it will be due back on your next payday, so if you can’t afford to do that, don’t :)

Be careful if you need to apply for an online payday loan. Each state has different laws and regulations, and I’m not sure about Ohio rules and regulations. Maybe you can find a local payday loan office so you can get help before taking out the loan.
