One of your best friends owes you money?
One of my best friends owes me $600…and I know she really cant afford to pay it back, so I told her she could give it to me in payments if that’s easier for her…she keeps reminding me that she will, I always tell her to just get me back whenever…every other week a day or two before she gets paid she tells me that she is going to give my money, then payday rolls around and she doesnt even mention it again untill a day or two before her next payday…this has gone on for months now, I’m going away for the summer and could use the extra money myself, but I dont want to handle this situation like a jerk and end up ruining the freindship over the money…how would you handle it???
dude, i’m kind of going through exactly what you are right now. here’s what you do, when her payday comes by, ask her the day she gets paid, just say something like, “hey, you just got paid, do u mind giving me some of what you owe me?”
b/c unless u confront her, then shes not gonna do it. and dont worry u wont seem like a jerk, its been your money for months now, you deserve it.
You must tell her that you need the money. by you saying to get you back whenever, it seems like you don’t need it back until ‘whenever’. Let her know that you’re going away for the summer and you could really use the money now. This shouldn’t ruin the friendship, she should be understanding

Just because u lent it to her wiht the goodness of ur heart, dont make it right for her to abuse u and exploit ur good-heartedness…man step up and do da rite thing…demand what is yours..that heffa should pay big time..peace out.
First of all you made a mistake loaning money to a friend.You will find that it will ruin the friendship and you will probably never get your money back. This is a very hard lesson to learn in life but you just wait and see how long it takes you to come to this conclusion for yourself.
She’s taking advantage of your kindness and you are letting her. Don’t be a doormat. Contact her on payday and let her know you need a certain amount that day. Or walk away from it having learned the lesson never to mix business with friendship.
