If your EBay account is good, you may shop with sellers who accept major credit cards and international shipping options.

If you’re really desperate on long term options, you may use “help” or establish a “U.S presence”.

    (1) Help (Ask the exclusive New Yorkers any help to purchase stuff for you)

    (2) “U.S Presence”

    (a) Get your own New York City address.($15/month)

    (b) Get your own USA telephone number (FREE for 3 years)

    (c) Get your own USA bank account. Since you do not have an SSN you’d have to apply with your non-US-resident identity. Few banks did in the US back then according to my international networks.
** ETrade Checking account (Ask them: All other applicants should call 1-800-ETRADE-1 (1-800-387-2331).
**Chase account for non-US residents (>$75000), research at Chase.com
** Wells Fargo used to open up for non US-residents at their discretion. Check with them.(Wellsfargo.com)
    ** etc?
p/s: Since Patriot Act is in effect after the infamous 2001 incident, check with the banks for individual considerations (if any good).

Finally, once a USA bank account with VISA or Mastercard debit card is established, “update” your bank address and telephone number to your “USA address” and “telephone number”. Keep maintaining them and use it for Paypal, EBay, Amazon…etc.

Not sure on the credibility of Virtual Credit Cards and Anonymous card issuers. If they work at all, they can fail at any time.(i-e: unreliable and may get you labeled as “fraud”) or worse yet, get your accounts suspended such as EBay or Paypal.
