Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have… however there exists a solution. I will hereby talk from my personal experience. I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details, if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times,

Whatever you do, do NOT reply to these scammers who respond to you. Don’t give out any information to a “financial agency” that has an email ending in yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc. Any reputable firm will have a genuine website that you can go to for additional information regarding their policy. The scammers (like “Grace Wilson” and “Mr. Shawn” above) want your personal info, then will inform you that you need to give them a certain amount of money up front in order to process the loan. Don’t fall for it!! You’ll never see a dime. You need to work out some sort of payment plan with the IRS. You can’t pay off one loan with another. Good luck!

if you already have bad credit, for not paying your debts, why would anyone in their right mind loan you more money?
you’re supposed to think of the outcome, if you don’t do as you should.

Work out a payment plan with the IRS. While you are following that plan, aggressively pay down your 401k debt. Once you get your 401k loan retired, evaluate your situation. Compare taking a 401k loan with paying extra payments on the IRS loan.
