Does temp agencies give out pay day advances?

Nope you get paid at the end of the week or every two weeks like everyone else..
I’ve been doing temp work for most of the last 7 years. None of the agencies that I have worked with would give payday advances. In fact, many regular employers won’t give payday advances except in unusual circumstances.

Probably not. They don’t get paid for your services until the company you’re working for pays them! What if you get a pay advance and never show up again.
