yes it depends on the lending instituation and its rules,and normally lending instituations don’t just lend money to anyone you’re likely supposed to have a form of security or collateral so that they sure of getting their money back or any legal document stating that you have some form of payment in paying back

Go to your bank and get a personnal loan. If they don’t do it you can go to the higher risk lenders who charge more like. benificial.

Don’t do a paycheck loan. Those are for suckers!!

Actually, I personally don’t support lending money, because you can have to much trouble giving it back, but if you are sure you will be able to pay back, sure go ahead…but make sure that they won’t make you an offer that you cannot refuse

How much money do you need and what for? If you are a college student you may be able to get a student loan if you show your financial aid office your bills. If you aren’t a student, you could probably get a credit card, just make sure you pay it back as soon as possible.

It may be difficult for an 18 year old to borrow money because you might not have a credit rating (credit history). I guess it also depends on how much you need to borrow.
