If some are actually Your Mom's account then She will need to call and close them. If an amount is considered "due" You'll have to pay it (unless you contest it as part of the fraud case, then the account won't be "closed" until the case is). If you want to get "off the mailing list" for the fake checks, lottery scams, and fraudulent job offers (like transfering money through your account for someone in another country), SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE.
